Capability and Performance
The 2024 Subaru Crosstrek comes with two engine options paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT) and legendary Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive (AWD). The manual transmission is no longer available, but you will find that the CVT is the perfect companion for Subaru's boxer engine. The standard engine is the 2.0-liter four-cylinder gas engine that produces 152 horsepower. Starting at the Sport trim level, the more powerful 2.5-liter four-cylinder that produces 182 horsepower is the standard. The Crosstrek also delivers a comfortable ride experience and can handle various terrain changes with 8.7 inches of ground clearance and convenient off-road driving modes. Hill Descent Control and Dual-function X-MODE give you even greater control through deep snow, dirt, and mud.
Upgraded Seats and Plentiful Cargo Space
Step inside the new Subaru Crosstrek, and you'll find an updated cabin with either cloth upholstery or patterned inserts with silver stitching and leather trim on the high-end models. To make the cabin even more comfortable, the redesign includes more sound-deadening materials to dial down noise and road vibrations. The overall effect is a more comfortable ride experience, no matter where the road may lead. With all seats occupied, you'll still have 20 cubic feet of cargo space and an additional 35 cubic feet when you fold all the seats down.
