Don't panic just yet; there is one more thing you need to do, and that's run your VIN. You can do this online or you can call us and we will be more than happy to assist.

To run your VIN online, you'll need (you guessed it) your Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). This is located
  • in the bottom corner of the windshield on the driver's side of the vehicle
  • inside the doorjamb of your driver's side door or
  • on your vehicle's registration document
Once you have it, visit and enter your VIN to determine if there is, or isn't, a recall on your vehicle.

If there is a recall on your vehicle, contact our Service Team at  (413) 442-1584 and we will get an appointment set up to take care of this issue.
