I have been with the Haddad family for 2 years now. I started at the call center and am now at Subaru as a Service Advisor. I am proud to be apart of all the volunteering and fundraising that Haddad and Subaru do throughout the community and with the Berkshire Humane Society. I was born and raised in Connecticut and now reside here in Pittsfield. I have a big, fun loving blended family including 6 children and 2 pups. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, hiking and exploring, gardening and listing to live music.

Starting at the Hyundai franchise and now at Subaru, Eli has the product knowledge to make your purchase as fun and as easy as possible. Eli's favorite Subarus are the all new Outback Wilderness and the Legacy XT Touring.
Eli is a happy father to his son, Cylus. In his free time he enjoys trail riding on his one wheel xt. Eli is also a recording artist with 3 albums.

He now lives with his partner up on the Vermont border. Tim is passionate about cars and helping people. He worked as a substance abuse counselor for over a decade before going into sales. He also spent over a decade in the US ARMY and did a tour of duty in Iraq. Tim has an 8 year old boy that he cherishes and spends his free time mountain biking and back country skiing.

After many years in a different career Ally joined the Haddad Client Care Center in 2020. She quickly became a top performer in the department and was promoted to our Sales team. It did not take long for her to impress her managers, co-workers and customers with her positive attitude and great attention to detail. Ally was born and raised in Lanesboro and now resides in Dalton, MA . Ally loves the Subaru brand. Her current favorite Subaru is Ascent. Ally is not only an exceptional salesperson, but she is a wonderful mother to her son and rescue puppy!

- Bill is originally from the suburbs of NYC and has worked in Parts and Service for car dealerships for over 25 years.Bill is no stranger to moving around - he spent two years in Germany while in the Army, then lived in Florida for nine years, where he spent most of his off-time racing motorcycles in the Florida Trail Riders and the GNCC racing series. After Florida, he moved to Vermont and started working at Pete's (Haddad) Subaru in 2005I now spend my free time hiking and mountain biking with my wife and two dogs, Buddy (15 years-old) and going strong and Junior, (2 years-old). When the weather starts turning cold, they like to snowboard and ski.Bill is also a lover of music, playing guitar and bass for about twenty years. Over the years, Bill has been in a few bans, but now he spends most of his time with his family.

Chis has been with the Haddad Auto Group for 13 years. He started as a finance manager for the Hyundai location, then Toyota, and onto taking the general sales manager position at the Subaru store. After completing the NADA Academy (dealer principal school), he became the General Manager. Chris is now listed as the Vice president and partner of his favorite store, Haddad Subaru. Chris loves working with the vast number of customers and employees that come to the store every day. Chris also loves meeting new pups that visit us as well! He especially enjoys all the repeat customers that come back year after year to Haddad Subaru. One of his favorite things about being the General Manager are seeing his staff grow into new positions and promotions within the organization. "We are constantly looking to grow our staff from any position they fit well into the next journey in their career." Chris Kramek
Chris is very proud to work with Subaru. When we spoke to him, he said "Subaru genuinely cares about their customers and the communities we live in. I have seen Subaru stand by their product year in and year out while purchasing a new car or servicing their current one." Subaru promotes the Love Promise, something much different than most brands, you can see those brands trying to mimic our commitment now.
Just like Subaru, Chris cares about our local community. He is actively involved with the Berkshire Humane society, Hillcrest Educational Center, Pittsfield Food pantries, Pittsfield Rail Trail, local schools, and local kids' sports teams. Working with Taconic and McCann Technical allows us to start young adults in the automotive industry with free training, part time internships that lead into full time careers, and an amazing opportunity to grow with Haddad as a company.
We asked Chris to tell us a little about himself and this is what he had to say:
I have twin 12-year-old girls Addison and McKenzie. The twins are my life and I enjoy watching them grow every day. I feel humility and humbleness as a parent that I truly believe translates into a better leader. The kids are heavily involved in local sports and even contribute to some of Subaru's charitable causes with their bracelet making business. I have been happily married to Jessica now for 15 years. Jess helps support the Love Promise with me all along the way. It is something she personally dedicates her time to in various ways, especially coaching many little league teams. We as a family always watch the Boston Bruins religiously, good or bad. Our family is a bit larger than just the four of us. We have 3 amazing dogs adopted from the Berkshire Humane Society. Raja, Brynn, and our latest addition Bruin, all live an active life at the house. The kiddos have chickens and horses as well. I am obtaining my pilots license and have just flown by myself for the first time. I love to golf, hike, fish, and visit our vacation home in Plymouth as much as possible. We all love the beach!
