Any information you provide to us (i.e. name, e-mail address, etc.) when you enroll in one of our E-Mail Reminder Services, request information, or use any of the other interactive portions of our Web sites, is securely maintained on our Web server and internal systems. This information may be used to provide you with information you've requested about our company, our products and our services or to provide you with special notices. You may opt out of receiving future communications at any time (see Opt-out Procedures below). This data may also be used to tailor your experience on our sites by providing content that is relevant to your interests and geographic region.
Information Collected from Other Sources:
To help us better understand and respond to your needs and interests, we may in the future receive information about you from other sources. We will ask any provider of such information to represent and warrant that the information has been gathered and maintained in accordance with all state and federal laws. Our dealership understands the importance of your privacy. We collect and maintain the personal information of our consumers for our use and our subsidiaries. We do not sell, rent, or trade consumer information to third parties, other than as described below, and never without your consent.
Business Partners:
Our dealership may partner with select retailers and other companies at various times to provide expanded services to our site visitors. As part of such a relationship, we may share with these companies the use of certain interactive Web site functions (i.e. the E-Mail Reminder Service). Information provided by site visitors through the use of such interactive functions may be available to both our dealership and our partners.
Agents:
Our dealership may use other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include administering e-mail services and running special promotions. Subscribers or site visitors will never receive unsolicited e-mail messages from agents working on our behalf.

The personal data record created through your registration with our Web site can only be accessed with the unique password associated with that record. To protect the integrity of the information contained in this record, you should not disclose or otherwise reveal your password to third parties.

Our Web sites may make chat rooms, forums, message boards, and/or news groups available to its users at various times. Please remember that, unless otherwise stated, any information that is disclosed in these areas becomes public information and you should exercise caution when deciding to disclose your personal information in these areas.
Opt-out Procedures:
You may always opt-out of receiving future communications from our dealership. Our sites allow users to opt-out of receiving such communications at the point where personal information is requested, or through other means as identified.
Service Alert System:
Subscribers to the Haddad Motors service alert system have opted-in to receive text alerts from one or more of the following short codes: REPAIR and/or NEWCAR concerning the service needs and service status of their vehicles.
Subscribers expressed an interest in receiving text alerts when they called or dropped off their vehicles at one of our authorized automobile service centers. Only subscribers receive alerts from the automobile service center(s) to which they opted-in and the messages are only concerning the service needs of their vehicle(s).
All messages sent to subscribers are standard rate. Standard/Other charges may apply. Message fees may apply, based on the type of text messaging program the subscriber has with their carrier. There are no additional fees assessed by Haddad Motors or the subscriber's automobile service center.

AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Alltel, Virgin Mobile USA, Cellular South, Boost Mobile, Cincinnati Bell, Midwest Wireless, SunCom, US Cellular Corp, Centennial, Voce, Nextel and nTelos.

From your mobile phone you can get contact information for assistance at any time by sending the text "HELP" to any one of the short codes shown above to which you are subscribed. You will receive a standard rate message from our service with information on the program you have subscribed to. Standard/Other charges may apply.
How to Opt-In:
When you call to set up an appointment at one of our participating automobile service centers, you will be asked if you would prefer to receive text alerts about your appointments and service needs. If you agree you will receive a message from Haddad Motors confirming you have opted in and providing you with contact and opt-out information.
We may send you an opt-in confirmation alert shortly. If you fail to respond to that alert, or if your carrier does not permit these alerts, you may not receive Haddad Motors alerts.
How to Opt-Out:
To opt-out from our service alert system you can text "STOP" to the short code REPAIR from your mobile phone and you will automatically be unsubscribed from our service. You will receive a confirmation that you successfully unsubscribed but will not receive any additional messages until such time you opt-in again at one of our participating automobile service centers.
Warranty:
Haddad Motors will not be liable for any delays in the receipt of any SMS messages connected with this program. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
Privacy Policy:
Haddad Motors respects your privacy. We will not share or use your mobile number for any other purpose. We will only use information you provide to transmit your text message. Nonetheless, we reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property. When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Service, you agree to provide accurate, complete and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If we, in our sole discretion, believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete, we may refuse you access to the Service and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
