Chill Out With Ice Cream!

Wow! This summer has been a scorcher so far! This has been a hot, hot summer so chill out this August (Family Fun Month!) by treating the family to some ice cream.  Ice Cream is an excellent way to cool everyone down while having fun - and what makes ice cream a great activity is that there is more than one way to do it. You can take everyone out on an outing in your family friendly Subaru to an ice cream parlor, or you can make some ice cream at home. Just the other day I enjoyed some home-made ice-cream, and I have many fond memories of going to ice cream shops with family and friends. Either activity can be enjoyable, so I have provided the scoop (pun intended!) on where some Berkshire County ice cream parlors can be found - and stay tuned for some delicious recipes that you can make at home in a future post.
